Associate Attorney
Mark E. Zabel, Jr. is an associate at the firm and specializes in personal injury matters, including all types of motor vehicle accidents (cars, motorcycles, tractor trailers, taxi cabs, and other commercial vehicles); slip/trip and fall accidents; and dog bites/attacks. Mark also focuses on municipal court matters such as DWI/DUI matters.
Mark has extensive trial experience representing individuals and protecting their rights throughout the State of New Jersey. He has tried numerous trials to verdict fighting for victims of negligence. In 2023, Mark was named to the “Rising Star” list in the Super Lawyers Magazine*. Mark is a graduate of The Charlotte of School of Law and Seton Hall University.
Mark is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Court of New Jersey. He is a trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Association and the Middlesex County Bar Foundation; a member of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association; a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice; and a member of the American Association for Justice.
